Here is a list of our services and what we charge
Additional Charges:
Mileage ($.50/mi over 10 miles round trip)
Hospital Visits:
Should anything happen that we can't easily take care of, we will take your pet to the Veterinarian of your choice. If they do not allow billing, we will need to be reimbursed for any costs, as well as time spent at a rate of $20/half-hour.
Visit fees are required for service, if services are requested individually, a Quick Visit will also be billed.
A SERVICE CHARGE of 5% will be applied to all balances that are not paid within one (1) calendar month from the invoice due date. An additional 5% will be applied for each 30 day period (or portion thereof) until the balance is satisfied. Please keep us up to date of your billing address as you will be held responsible for charges accrued based on invoices sent to the address that we have on file.
Cancellation Policy:
Long term services MUST be booked and payed in advance. Cancellation more than 7 days from the beginning of service will result in a full refund. Less than 7 days will result in a 50% refund. Less than 48 hours will not receive a refund.
1 hour ($35)
Most of our clients will fall into the 1/2 hour visit category. This fee covers not only the time that we spend with your pets, but the fuel cost and time spent getting there.
If more time is needed, feel free to purchase more at $15/half hour.
Cat Visit $10 ($5 per additional 10 minute block)
1 Hour Visit ($35)
A full hour of attention! A Looooong walk or play session, A nice brush out, or just lots of petting, brushing, and loving! Feeding and fresh water, litter scooping/removal, cage cleaning, and general clean-up are included during the visit.
Overnight Visits: (Visit fee is included in the price)
We'll spend the night at your place so your pets can stay on their normal routine in the safety and comfort of their own environment. This includes morning and evening walks, feeding, litter box and/or cage cleaning, mail and newspaper retrieval, plant watering, light rotation, and anything else we agree upon before you take off. Unless otherwise specified, we'll get there by 9pm and leave by 8am the next morning. There will always be a minimum of 10 hours of supervision and playtime.
($50/night) Having a friend or relative come over during the day? This is perfect - Just the basics, we'll show up at the time agreed upon, do a relief walk for dogs, spend the night, and leave in the morning after another relief walk. You can rest easy knowing there is someone trustworthy watching your home and pets and making sure that they don't feel neglected in the least. (Where else can you find a house and pet sitter for 5 bucks an hour?!?!?)
($100/night) A true live-in pet sitter, we'll make your home the base of operations for the duration of your absence. We will still make our scheduled appointments, but will return for any downtime during the day and from 9pm to 8am will be spent at your home. This is great for pets who tend to exhibit separation anxiety behaviors or that need regular medications, or have a complex walking and feeding routine that requires a lot of time to be done correctly.
This option includes at least 3 walks or visits during the day, and no less than 10 hours of overnight supervision, so your pets are on the same schedule as if you were going to work and coming back at night as usual. We'll cycle the lights, take in the mail and papers, and make sure everyone gets food and water on their normal schedule. We'll also scoop the litter twice a day and keep the place neat and clean.
(This is an enormous deal, less than $5 per hour and 'round the clock care!)
VIP Packages
If you have a job that keeps you away all day and know that your pets will need a visit every day, this is an extremely economical way to ensure their happiness!
Monthly VIP Package Save 20%
Purchase all your visits for the month in advance and you will receive a 20% discount! All service dates must be decided upon before payment, which is due the last day of the first week of the calendar month. No substitutions are allowed with this package. (Days added after the first week of the month will be charged full fare. Must be 3 or more visits per week)
Yearly VIP Package Save 30%
Purchase all your visits for the year (12 months from purchase month) in advance and you will receive a 30% discount! All service dates must be decided upon before payment, which is due by the end of the first month of service. No substitutions are allowed with this package. (Days added after payment is received will be charged full fare)
Pet Taxi ($1/mile minimum $10)
We can pick up your pets and bring them to where you need them to go. Our Pet-Safe air conditioned vehicles have crates, towels, first aid kits, and no spill water bowls to ensure your pet gets to where it needs to be in style and comfort. (Please give at least 48 hours notice if you need a time sensitive pick up or drop off.)
Medication ($5)
Pills, Liquids, or Subcutaneous Injection. We do it all, and we have the experience of a Veterinary Professional to do it right with as little stress as possible to your pet.
Nail Clipping ($10)
Dogs, Cats, Birds, and Exotics. We have the tools and the experience to do it correctly without undue stress on your pet.
Ear Cleaning ($10)
We use Veterinary Grade products and once again, we have the experience to do it correctly and keep the experience as stress free as possible.
Delivery (From $10)
We can deliver food, Prescriptions or other animal necessities to your door. There will be an additional charge of $.50/mile if the round trip is more than 10 miles. All charges will be explained and documented.
All deliveries must be paid in advance or at the time of delivery, NO CREDIT WILL BE EXTENDED.
